The standards our equipment is designed, manufactured and factory-tested against — and how the certificate scope for a specific requirement is confirmed.
There are two different things a buyer is often looking for, and they are worth separating. A standard is the specification the equipment is designed and tested against — we build to these every day. A certificate is a document issued for a specific product against a specific scope, and it is only valid if that scope matches your requirement.
So on this page we list the standards we build to, and then state exactly what certification we hold and what we supply in place of a certificate where one is not held for that product family. If your tender requires a specific certificate, send the requirement with your enquiry — we will confirm in writing what can be supplied before you commit.
We filed 6 CCC self-declaration documents under the CNCA-00C-008:2019 implementation rules, issued on 27 August 2026, covering our low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies. Declaration records are available on request.
For CE-compliant export control cabinets, specify the destination country and the applicable directives in your enquiry. We can provide CE-marked cabinets for the EU and Middle East markets on request, including the relevant technical files (TCF).
| Standard | Scope |
|---|---|
| GB/T 11022-2020 | Common specifications for high-voltage switchgear and controlgear |
| GB/T 3906-2020 | AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for voltages up to 40.5 kV |
| GB/T 7251.1-2023 | Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies — general rules |
| GB/T 7251.2-2023 | Low-voltage switchgear assemblies — type-tested (PTTA) |
| DL/T 404-2018 | Ordering guidelines for AC high-voltage switchgear in industry and mining |
| IEC 62271-200 | AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages above 1 kV up to 52 kV |
| IEC 61439-1 | Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies — general rules |
| IEC 61439-2 | Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies — power switchgear assemblies |
| GB 20052-2024 | Energy efficiency requirements and test methods for power transformers |
Where a project specifies an additional or different standard — a national standard in the destination market, or a tender-specified variant — it is confirmed in the technical agreement before manufacture.
The CCC self-declaration filed in August 2026 covers our low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies. The high-voltage switchgear is not in the CCC catalogue, so we supply it with the routine factory test reports and the type test documentation instead. The certificate scope for any specific requirement is confirmed before the order.
Yes, for the EU and Middle East markets, on request. Specify the destination country and the applicable directives in your enquiry and we will quote the compliant configuration, including the supporting technical files.
That the design, the type test route and the factory test follow the relevant IEC standard — for example IEC 62271-200 for metal-clad switchgear above 1kV and IEC 61439-1/-2 for low-voltage assemblies. Where a national standard applies in the destination market, it is confirmed in the technical agreement.
Routine factory test reports are supplied with every unit, together with the approved general arrangement drawing, the packing list and the operation and maintenance manual.
Tell us the product family, the destination market and the certificate your tender requires. We confirm in writing what we hold and what we supply, before you commit to an order.
